HYDROCARE is one of the well-known organization in Heavy Earthmoving and Construction Machinery business. It has been maintaining leadership in Sales and Services for the past 25 years. The customers of various segments viz - Mining, Agriculture, Construction, Irrigation, Forestry, Marine, Quarrying spread throughout the country, are in its fold. SERVICE : HYDROCARE has built-up a service team consisting of 25 employees who are qualified, skilled and has wide exposure in Earthmoving and Construction equipments. In addition to the above we have employed about 20 Semi-skilled workmen specially to take care of the Servicing aspect of the Business. With the Build-up of the above said Service team, we have been able to carry-out Rehabilitation, Major overhaul of several Engines, Transmissions, various Machines (Hydraulic excavators in particular) and major sub-assemblies thereof conforming to stringent OEM norms and specifications. TRACK PRESS : Our Workshop / Service Center at pondicherry has acquired a New facility - "Track hydraulic Press", of model number PP100G, imported from M/s. KRUPP BERCO GROUP, Italy. This unique machine tool, facilitates repair of Undercarriage Components, reconditioning of Track Link group in particular, with ease; It is capable of handling all Crawler type equipments of models ranging from D2 through D10.
In addition to the Head office at Tambaram, Two Branches -- one at Goa, and another one at Pondicherry are operating in our Network. EQUIPMENT HIRE : We, by inaugurating A.C.mining equipment, As a diversification to our present line of business, now have given our excavator, rock breaker & wheel loder to our customers on hire basis and they are satisfactorily working at the Customer's work sites. SPARES PARTS SALE : M/s. HYDROCARE is one of the large independent distributors of heavy equipments parts and diesel engine spares (of IZUSU, NISSAN, KOMATSU make in particular) for Hydraulic excavators, Bulldozers, Loaders, Dumpers etc in India. The Organization distributes more than 2000 item lines encompassing over 20 Brands of Genuine, OEM, and Quality replacement parts from around 25 suppliers to variety of customers in Mining, Agriculture, Construction, Irrigation, Forestry and Marine industry. A sizeable proportion of company's business is derived from repeat customers by providing comprehensive range of products at competitive prices. Spare parts, Rebuild kits, and Hydraulic Components for the brand range of equipments cover Hitachi, Kobelco, Kawasaki, Hyundai, Samsung, Volvo, Stetter, Caterpillar, Poclain besides Linde and Sauer-sunstrand. Products for Undercarriage, Ground Engaging Tools & Hardwares, Seals & O-rings, Filters, Gears and carriers sourced from reputed global OEM vendors such as Italricambi, Ajax, Berco, NOK, ITR, Parker-Arlon etc., are supplied at Cost effective prices to our Customers. Of late, we joined hands with Rockbreaker's manufactures from "DAEMO" and "NPK", Japan. The Comprehensive range of Units and Parts are supplied at cost effective prices. Towards service excellence, Spare parts inventory operation has been computerized and bar-coded. |
